So I received a phone call today from the artist people accused me of ripping off.   She explained to me that she had received a facebook message informing her that I was ripping her work and upon further investigation she realized she had taken my work unintentionally.  A client had asked her to tattoo her "friends" drawing, which turned out to be a crude bic pen tracing of my work.  This happens a lot and I completely understood.  I had never blamed her or was angry at her for anything, basically because I was very sure that something close to this had happened.  We talked a bit made sure everything was cool between us.  She removed the tattoo from her gallery which I appreciated.

This is how more people need to act and was awesome of the artist to call me up and make sure everything was cool.

I will still not be posting sketches here anymore, but i am painting a ton more so you'll get to see those soon.  The sketches seem to make "taking" them easier on people, so only completed work will be seen from me.  I would still like to post my sketches but I need to find a more private forum to do so.  Any suggestions?  I hate that typing shit into Google makes my art come up.  Maybe facebook with only friends able to view?

I haven't been on Deviant for awhile but needed some inspiration for some script work and have gotten stuck in your gallery...absolutely stunning work!! Makes me recall why I love being a creative. Thanks for the inspiration, keep it up!

Check out the BJ Betts books, that's where most tattoo artists learn to do script.
